Solution Architect
Solution architects operate in the midst of enterprise change processes, collaborating with different stakeholders during their design process. Although there focus is often more narrow than an enterprise or business (domain) architect, being ‘solution-focused’ is an intense job that requires research, communication and prioritization at all times to ensure successful change.
Enterprise Architect
The Enterprise Architect designs business infrastructure and organizational structure based on vision, strategic intent, and function.
It’s a role that requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure that business units have the right tools to be successful.
The goal of enterprise architecture is to provide the framework, tools, and perspectives to take an enterprise or a business from its current state to its target state.
Process Architect
The Process Architect is focused on defining, redesigning, and optimizing activities in a process or group of processes. These people work with Business Architects to look at how processes need to change to deliver business goals, with Solution Architects to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability, and with Enterprise Architects to identify IT capability, limitations, and support changes.
Process Architect are expected to have strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
We will make Enterprise Architecture easy for everyone to understand.
